Two new modules on the FloraSpark roadmap
Demand forecast and App Studio are now on our roadmap, and Customer Health is running as a trial with a first customer. This is what we are building, and in what order.
We have updated the roadmap on our site. Two new modules have been added: Demand forecast, for daily purchasing, and App Studio, which lets you build your own screens in the Suite. Customer Health has moved to the front, because it is now running as a trial with a first customer.
What went live since the previous version
On the previous roadmap, Auction prices was still listed as the next module. It has been running since September, and more has been added since:
- Auction prices: current clock prices per product, alongside your own sales.
- Thinking level in Spark AI: you choose per conversation how thoroughly the assistant thinks.
- Connecting your own apps: Spark AI pulls data from your own apps and carries out actions in them, after you confirm.
- Spark AI in your own website or app: the chat window can also sit in the software your colleagues already work in.
What is on the roadmap now
The order follows how far along each module is. Two of them are new to the list.
1. Customer Health
Customer Health predicts for each customer whether they will buy less over the next three months, and says why: ordering less often, a narrower range, or quieter than usual. That way an account manager knows who to call this week. Every customer is measured against their own pattern, not against an average. The module is now running as a trial with a first customer.
2. Demand forecast (new)
Every morning a buyer decides how much to buy on the auction clock, often for what goes out the door that same day or the next. Demand forecast gives an expected figure per product for the coming days and weeks, with an upper bound, ready every morning before the clock starts. We only show a forecast where it is demonstrably better than a rule of thumb. The first version is running in our test environment.
3. Sales bot
A bot on WhatsApp that answers your customers' questions and takes orders, on the current stock from your own Florisoft. The part that understands questions and searches the stock is already running in our test environment. Ordering and the WhatsApp connection come next.
4. App Studio (new)
Every company works a little differently, and not every question fits a standard module. With App Studio an administrator builds a screen of their own in the Suite together with an AI assistant: you describe what you need, the assistant first makes the design and then builds the app. The app works on your own data, and Spark AI can use it too. Every plan is checked by FloraSpark first, and an app that changes something always asks for confirmation first.
5. Documents
Spark AI searches your numbers today. With Documents it also searches your growing protocols, terms of delivery and internal agreements, with a reference in every answer to the document it came from. This module was previously called the RAG module.
No dates, but a set order
We deliberately do not promise dates. A module only goes live once it works as intended for the first customers, and we decide together with the companies using the platform which module has to be finished first.
