The AI usage is included
Asking Spark AI questions takes compute, and compute is billed by usage. Every package therefore comes with a credit that is comfortable for daily work.
- €10 per userEvery user contributes €10 in credit each month. That is good for roughly 85 questions, depending on how heavy you make them.
- One credit for the teamAll the credits go into one pot. One colleague asks more than another, and that evens out by itself. You only top up once you have worked through it together.
- Top up in blocks of €25If the credit runs out, you top up in blocks of €25. Switch on automatic top-ups and nothing stalls; you set how much may be added per month.
- Full again every monthAt the start of the month the credit is back in full. Whatever you did not use expires.
You can always see your usage and your balance in the platform, per colleague and per part. Administrators are notified once half the credit is gone, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Included with every package
Whichever package you pick, this comes with it. There is no separate onboarding project that gets invoiced later on.

Are there any implementation costs?
No. No start-up invoice and no separate implementation project. What you pay per month is what is on this page.
What happens when our team grows?
Then you simply add users, at the rate of your package: €45 on Start, €35 on Growth and €30 on Complete per user per month. Use the team counter above to work out what that means for you.
Can we switch packages later on?
Yes. You move up as soon as your team or your usage calls for it. The platform grows with you, at your own pace.
What exactly is the AI credit?
Asking Spark AI a question costs compute at the AI model. Every user gets €10 per month for that, good for roughly 85 questions. We add those amounts up into a single credit for your whole team, so a colleague with a busy week can keep working as long as you stay within it together. Reports that run automatically also draw on this credit.
What happens when the credit runs out?
The AI features pause until you top up, in blocks of €25. You usually would rather avoid that, so you can switch on automatic top-ups: the work carries on and the extra credit appears on your next invoice. You set your own monthly maximum, so the bill never gets out of hand. Dashboards and figures that are already there keep working either way.
Does unused credit carry over?
The monthly credit expires at the end of the month and is back in full on the first day of the next one. Credit you topped up yourself does not expire with it: that stays valid for a year and is only drawn on once the monthly credit is gone.
Can we start with a single module?
Yes. You pick the module that pays off most right now and expand when you are ready for the next one. Individual modules can be added to any package, without upgrading.
Do the amounts include VAT?
No. All amounts on this page are per month and exclude VAT.
What if our system is not included?
We support Florisoft as the ERP, with Floriday for the auction prices. A connection to a different ERP system is one you request and we add it at no extra cost. We look at what that takes during the demo.
