Out of SparkBI we build bespoke AI solutions. That means connecting to the systems a company already uses, building models on their own numbers, and making sure the people on the shop floor actually work with them. That last part is where most data projects run aground, and it is exactly what we steer on.

Ornamental horticulture turned out to be a trade with a rhythm of its own: day prices that differ per clock, margins counted in cents and data spread across auction, growing and sales systems. Anyone who wants to steer on that does not need yet another reporting tool, but software that knows the rhythm.
