The FloraSpark Suite is one platform with separate modules. You pick the modules that suit your company. They all work on the same connected data and the same definitions, so a figure in a report is the same as in a dashboard.

Spark AI

The shortest route to an answer: type your question the way you would ask a colleague. Spark AI looks it up in your sales, purchasing and market data and answers in plain language, with the numbers alongside.

What you do with it
  • Ask follow-up questions; the assistant remembers what the conversation was about.
  • Answers come back as text or as a table, depending on the question.
  • Dig into a figure you spotted in a dashboard or a report.

Reports

A summary of your numbers in your inbox, written in plain language, at the moments you choose. You do not have to open a dashboard to see what happened and what stands out.

What you do with it
  • Get revenue, margin and volume over the chosen period, with the trend alongside.
  • See which signals stand out, not just the numbers themselves.
  • Set the frequency, the time and who else receives the report.
  • Compose the report from building blocks and describe in plain language what each block should contain.

Dashboards

Your own overview: the numbers you steer on, in charts and tables you build yourself. Not a fixed report someone else thought up once, but a screen that matches the way your company works.

What you do with it
  • Build charts and tables by picking fields, with no formulas or queries.
  • Switch period and watch the KPIs move with it.
  • Keep a dashboard personal or share it, so your colleagues see the same overview.

What is on the roadmap

The order is set, the pace is not: we decide together with the companies using the platform what has to be finished first. We deliberately do not promise dates.

Auction prices

Live auction prices next to your own sales figures, so you see where you stand during the day instead of afterwards.

  • The day price per product, with the movement compared to yesterday.
  • Your own selling price alongside it, compared to the clock at product level.
  • Filter on your own range, so you do not have to work through the whole list.
How your data gets in

Connections

The platform is built on Florisoft: that is the ERP package we support at the moment. Working with a different system is not a blocker. You request a connection and we add it, with no obligations.

  • A connection to a different ERP system is one you request. We build it and add it, at no extra cost.
  • Floriday is where the auction prices come from: the clock prices per product, alongside your own figures.
  • The collecting and the keeping up to date are on us. You build no exports and prepare nothing in Excel.

Why every module counts the same wayYou define once what counts as revenue and which customer groups you distinguish. Dashboards, reports and Spark AI then use those same definitions.

Access

You decide who sees what. A buyer needs different numbers than a seller, and not everyone has to be able to reach the margins. You arrange that per colleague, without needing us for it.

  • Give each user a role that decides which numbers are visible: full, sales or purchasing.
  • Switch modules on or off per colleague, independent of the package you take.
  • Invite a colleague and withdraw access again when someone leaves.
  • The permissions apply across the platform: Spark AI too only answers about numbers that user is allowed to see.
